Cancellation policy
AHANA YOGA, LLC MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT Terms and Conditions
- Membership Activation
- ● Memberships cannot be cancelled within the first 30 days of activation.
- ● First month’s payment is required upon sign-up and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- ● Membership begins on the date of sign-up, and payment will automatically be charged on that same date each month unless otherwise noted.
- ● A valid credit or debit card is required to activate and maintain membership.
- Payment & Renewals
- ● All memberships are auto-renewing month-to-month with the exception of the 1 Year Membership Prepaid unless written notice of cancellation is received (see below).
- ● Membership fees are non-refundable in part or in full once an auto-draft has processed.
- ● Prepaid or upfront memberships are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- ● Membership pricing is subject to change; members will be notified in advance of any updates.
- Cancellation Policy
- ● A minimum one-month written notice via email is required to cancel an auto-pay 6 month membership and a minimum two-month written notice via email is required to cancel an auto-pay 1 year membership.
- ● Requests must be sent to info@ahanayoga.com with the subject line: “Membership Cancellation”.
- ● Ahana Yoga will confirm receipt and processing of the request via email (please allow up to 7 business days for a response).
- ● It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that cancellation or change requests have been received and confirmed by Ahana Yoga.
- ● Members are encouraged to review their bank statements to verify that changes have been processed correctly. Ahana Yoga is not responsible for refunds due to missed communications or unverified requests. Members must provide a copy of Ahana Yoga’s confirmation email if proof of cancellation is required.
- Pause Policy
- ● Members may pause their membership up to two (2) times within a 12-month period and one (1) time within a 6-month period.
- ● Pause periods may not exceed one month each pause time.
- ● 30 days advance notice is required to pause. Requests can be submitted via email with the subject line “Membership Pause” to info@ahanayoga.com, and Ahana Yoga will confirm the pause via email.
5. Member Acknowledgment By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree that:
● I am entering into a binding membership contract with Ahana Yoga.
● I cannot cancel this membership within the first 30 days of activation.
● I understand all payments are auto-recurring and require a one-month written notice to terminate.
● The information I provide is accurate, and I authorize Ahana Yoga to charge my card according to these terms.
● My membership continues month-to-month after the minimum commitment period unless cancelled or expired. Prepaid memberships cannot be cancelled.
Prices can change after membership expiration.
